We are looking for business analysis professional to join the Governance & Control Policy Mapping team and work on designing and implementing a Policy dashboard to enhance the Market’s Policy review process.

About the role  

 

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include:

 

  • Develop an understanding of Markets’ businesses, products, and activities to inform fit for purpose assessments of Policy impacts
  • Manage the process for vetting new and/or changes to existing policies that impact Markets.
  • Lead, clearly communicate and work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization and across different Markets businesses and geographical locations to review and validate Policy mapping.
  • Develop an approach that supports Markets’ in linking policies to relevant regulations and risks, and support implementation of this processes in BAU leveraging appropriate systems and infrastructures
  • Support Markets in cataloguing and understanding existing policies
  • Clearly communicating objectives and deliverables, with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization and across different Markets businesses and geographical locations
  • Attending key meetings and taking, transcribing and distributing notes
  • Building and developing partnerships with stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance and Operational Risk

 

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should preferably have the following:

 

  • Strong educational background (Masters/MBA would be an advantage)
  • Experience in one or a combination of the following: financial services, business risk management, operational risk management, compliance or legal
  • Experience with process design and change management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills, a proactive and “no surprises” approach in communicating issues
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to navigate and negotiate through conflicting demands to maintain focus on priority objectives while ensuring key stakeholders’ needs are met
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint
