MS Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology is the global technology department responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) business. The department is comprised of 10 organizations: Sales, Banking & Corporate-Client Technology, Investment Products & Markets Technology, Client Reporting, Core Processing, Private and International Wealth Management Technology, Technology Integration Office, Enterprise Infrastructure & Production Management, Capital Markets Application & Data Services, Deployment Planning & Release Management, and the Chief Operating Office. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology works with large scale databases such as DB2 and SQL Server, proprietary and non-proprietary messaging software, a broad variety of vendor products, numerous financial exchanges and regulatory entities, and programming languages ranging from .Net and Java to Cobol and VB.Net.

Position Description
In this role, you are expected to learn all financial and resource management processes and related transactional systems which surround the daily operation of one of the largest banking Technology organizations. The primary function for the role will be to coordinate, provide status and execute transactions for all phases of the hiring and recruiting process for WMT FTE and FTC resource requests. This resource will also be expected to liaise with the WMT COO organization to assist with adhoc queries, reporting, and communication.

You will be an integral part of the team, helping WMT to respond efficiently and effectively to client requirements.

This role requires superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders such as the sourcing organization, HR, hiring managers and vendors. You will be required to understand and articulate key trends in the overall workforce landscape such as headcount movements, spend projections, location distributions to relevant senior stakeholders

Qualifications:

Skills required
- At least 3 years of experience of financial analysis, operations, or IT business management related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven time management skills' ability to multitask
- Strong collaborative skills 'a team player
- Initiative' self-starter who can work with a high degree of autonomy
