Escrow Services is a business unit within the Treasury Services division of J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Escrow holds institutional client assets in safekeeping and delivers those assets once certain pre-agreed conditions have been fulfilled. Escrow is used to mitigate risk in institutional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, bond issuances, and litigation settlements.
About the role:

This position is responsible for the management a portfolio of paying agency transactions.

Key responsibilities include the following:
• Provide strong customer service by ensuring the team are responding quickly to client requests, offering solutions to client needs, and developing meaningful client relationships
• Responsible for ensuring the delivery of a seamless end-to-end ownership and understanding of paying agency account portfolios
• Understand new deal structures and ensure the team has the appropriate overviews/ training before working new account
• Understand the operational aspects of all new transactions
• Execution of paying agency functions including Letter of Transmittal review, payments, holder inquiries, systems and tax reporting
• Ensuring that all paying agency transaction activities are in compliance JPMorgan policies and procedures
• Understanding of core paying agency and payment systems
• Assist team members in daily administration activities
• Participate in special projects as necessary including the timely and accurate completion of project related deliverables

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in escrow and paying agent market
• Operational background with understanding of the financial payment system
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of tax reporting
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word)
• Team Player
• Excellent organizational skills/Attention to Detail
