Job Description:

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is looking for data focused professional to join the Operations Client Relationship Management (OCRM) team in New York, NY, or San Francisco CA. The OCRM team focuses on driving Client Strategy across Global Technology & Operations. Working with partners across the Bank, OCRM focus on processes and systems across products to improve client experience and drive business objectives. This cross-product, global role requires identification and implementation of process and technical change to drive operating results, improve efficiency, and manage risk.

Responsibilities include:
Develop and report on OCRM team metrics
Prepare presentation material for client meetings and senior management review
Ownership of assigned workstreams from initiation to implementation
Deliver enhanced internal processes with measurable time and cost savings
Identify and Help manage risks
Lead User Acceptance Testing efforts for technology enhancements
Partnership with client and internal stakeholders to measurably improve processes, STP and client efficiency

MS Office applications, Excel, Word, Powerpoint at a minimum,
Knowledge of financial markets and operations processes
