Position Overview This will be a part time hourly position for ~6 months with the potential of being a permanent hire role. The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for creating independent, market leading proprietary research reports and performing analyses on corporate finance needs for the Company.

Job Description
• Create detailed financial models for valuation
• Prepare marketing documents and materials
• Analyze and extract relevant financial data
• Create marketing pitch materials and management presentations
• Prepare documentation on complex topics within healthcare for M&As and strategic alternatives for executive management
• Evaluate risk and return parameters for transactions
• Perform detailed financial quantitative analysis
• Pitch investing deals to potential clients
• Solicit potential investors
• Find and follow leads for qualified clients and investors
• Research industry, market, and other variables
• Support senior leadership as needed
• Evaluate technologies, businesses, and companies
• Engage in due diligence processes and maintain deal process documentation and due diligence files
• Assist with Board of Director meeting preparations, and other relevant meetings
• Attend meetings and participate in the team’s needs
• Efficiently report progress to executive level decision makers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in accounting, finance or equivalent discipline is preferred
• MBA or desire to pursue an advanced degree is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
• Must be detail oriented with good organizational and analysis skills
• Must be able to interpret large amounts of complex information
• Must be comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
• Must be comfortable working long and sometimes unpredictable hours
• Should have excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Should have excellent communication and creative skills
• Must be flexible and adapt to the conjuncture of the Company and to its current needs
