The aspiration of the Deloitte Blockchain practice is to orchestrate new business ecosystems to build and operate products and services that transform the way our clients work. We are currently seeking an Ecosystem and Alliances GTM Lead to support deeper engagement and joint GTM efforts with key Deloitte alliances.

Work You'll Do:
Individuals in this role would be responsible for a variety of activities including:
  • Work closely with the practice leadership, especially the team members in our Ecosystem and Alliances 'building block', to align on overall ecosystem direction
  • Work closely with members of the Deloitte Ecosystem and Alliances (E&A) organization currently aligned with identified key relationships for Blockchain
  • Work closely with members of the technical and business development staff at key alliances to identify opportunities for technical co-development and joint GTM efforts - act as primary liaison
  • Coordinate with blockchain architects and engineers to assess and draft business/functional requirements
  • Deliver agile sprints to define and build joint solution offerings
  • Lead joint GTM strategy develop in the context of the overall US Strategy for Blockchain and Digital Assets
  • Own strategy execution and workplan to deliver on defined efforts and agreed upon timelines
  • Prepare and deliver materials to explain our joint proposition, offerings and capabilities to clients
  • Drive GTM efforts including contracting, drafting SOWs, running sales pipeline, etc.
  • Define and track KPIs for the effort/s
  • Manage relationships with and integrate as needed with other groups within the practice as well as other practice groups within Deloitte


The Team
Within the US Consulting Blockchain practice, the Blockchain Ecosystem Vendors & Alliances (BEVA) 'building block' leads the strategic direction and execution of the practice's ecosystem across the following four dimensions:
  1. Technology Alliances (e.g. AWS, Oracle, IBM)
  2. Emerging Vendors (e.g. Ledger, Authentag, Kinnami)
  3. Frameworks and Standards (e.g. Hyperledger Project, Enterprise Ethereum Alliance)
  4. Consortia (e.g. BiTA, VAKT)

Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years technology consulting experience
  • Industry and / or Offering SME with deep understanding of blockchain's business case / models
  • Experience in building cloud-native architectures and solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle)
  • 4+1 architecture modelling


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of credentialing blockchain participants (SSO, certification, etc.)
  • Understanding of how to layer blockchain network with cloud application and client UI through API streams
  • Understanding of standardization of JSON/expected API information from participants
  • Understanding of Data Architectures (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Understanding of microservices design
  • Consensus mechanism functional and technical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain vendor landscape
  • Expertise with various blockchain platforms, specifically nuances between permissioned vs. public chains
  • Applied Cryptography
  • PKI & UML experience
  • Strong organizational and communications skills
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and managing a virtual team
  • Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
  • Excellent focus on details and producing high quality work products, particularly in PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates strong value for diversity and ability to team and collaborate effectively
