Desktop Trading Support

Job Description:

Supports Trading functions of Wealth and Investment Management, GTS and GCIB. Participates in design, development and support of trading systems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Provides technical knowledge and capabilities as a member of a project team or as an individual contributor. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers.

Job Description:
A highly visible position in the Tier 1 and 2 support space on the trading floor with responsibilities including troubleshooting and resolving technology related issues, perform proactive work to promote stability to the desktop environment and provision technology related administrative requests. The role involves interfacing with traders to resolved desktop incidents and engage the business to fulfill requests. The qualification for the role includes excellent technical and client service skills with at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Required Skills:
At least 3 years of working experience in related field. Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and office suites, proficiency in networking, data storage and market data apps.

Desired Skills:
The candidate should be client focus, possesses excellent communication skills. Have experience with product integration rollout.
