As Director, Artificial Intelligence, you will be the outward face and leading voice of our Digital Threading technology, guiding our partners in their digital transformation strategy, and leading the technical business development efforts to commercialize our Digital Threading technology. You will demonstrate your ability to think strategically and long-term about the needs of complex global businesses, as you establish deep relationships with technical leaders at all levels of the enterprise, across target industries.

Goldfire is currently developing next generation Artificial Intelligence technology to significantly raise the stakes in connecting digital assets across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, bringing critical client feedback on products and technology back to the heart of the business. Goldfire is looking for a high-powered professional with a Machine Learning background and experience directly driving customer engagements and interactions at the highest level of the technical enterprise. The candidate will quickly identify and understand customer technology roadmaps and have the business acumen to articulate the competitive advantage of our AI solution to architects, engineering teams, technology leaders, and C-Level executives.

Duties & accountabilities

Articulate the vision, technology, and architecture of our Digital Threading solutions to external stakeholders across various market verticals
Provide high-powered technical leadership to sales and service engagements
Expertly leverage solution selling and value assessment methods to grow opportunities and align solutions to client business value
Monitor industry competitors and technology, partner with Marketing teams to perfect our positioning and message
Team with product management and software R&D to ensure our customers voice is deeply embedded in our products and that the competitive advantage of our technology shines through.
Be delivery-focused, have a passion for technology, and enjoy offering new ideas and approaches.
Work with distributed teams in multiple locations worldwide.

Education and experience

Masters or PhD in machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science, applied mathematics, signal processing, statistics, physics or related technical fields.
5-8 years software experience, AI/machine learning a must.
Expert ability to conduct value assessments, develop partnerships, and drive high-value engagements with customers.
You can confidently communicate client's ideas back to them and create synergy with your own ideas and solutions.
You follow relevant technology trends and actively evaluate new technologies to improve the product.
Track record of industry technical leadership.
