Director, Global Equities, Senior Sales & Structuring
Job Description: Role & Responsibilities - Originate, structure and execute margin financing facilities
- Origination effort will focus on large asset managers and closed end funds in the Americas
- Ability to effectively communicate and navigate execution process with internal risk and operations partners
- Shepherd approvals from trade idea through facility execution
- Cross asset knowledge of the asset class
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree with strong economic background
- Demonstrated success working within a team environment
- Direct lending experience to 40-act and closed end funds
- Minimum 10+ years of structured finance experience lending to closed end funds and large asset managers
- Self-Starter with excellent communication skills
- Ability to cross-sell the Equities franchise
