Job Description:

Supports Trading functions of Wealth and Investment Management, GTS and GCIB. Participates in design, development and support of trading systems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Provides technical knowledge and capabilities as a member of a project team or as an individual contributor. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants or managers.

Job Description:
This role is to provide customer delight associated with production support for senior executive meetings. This role is responsible for planning, design and management of the audio visual productions associated with internal and external events within the BAC environment and/or external venues. Travel required.

Required Skills:
**Minimum of five (5) years of experience in audio visual service delivery
**Experience with:
High end audio and video production equipment associated with live events.
Working knowledge of lighting, rigging and staging of high end events.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Proficient with one event planning software such as:
Room viewer, Social Tables, Meeting Matrix or comparable
Ability to design in Vectorworks is a plus
Ability to multitask is required.
Must be able to manage multiple vendors in competitive bid scenarios
Strong written and verbal skills is mandatory
Ability to manage a budget for optimum outcome while reducing Risk in the production
Work as a team player within larger work teams
Review of invoices

- Designing floor plans for a/v equipment installation & placement
- Consulting for design, flow, equipment for best a/v experience balanced against budget
- Calling a production show
- Managing vendor resources and peers to achieve desired program
- Loading in and un-loading a/v equipment in condensed timeframes
- Review of event equipment financials
**Good communication skills
**Ability to balance providing effective, non-technical information and silently building confidence in the support capabilities.
**Ability to multitask and prioritize engagement for multiple events as they will occur at the same time in different locations.
**Strong customer relationship and engagement skills and a passion for delivering for the customer.
