Objective:
Partner with the GDAR Program Office Quality Assurance Director to support the execution of the quality assessment program, and the management of the GDAR Governance forums.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the GDAR QA Review & Challenge (R&C) process, including:
  • a) Own preparation activities, which requires review and challenge of the quality of submitted materials (e.g., content accuracy, and consistent with agreed upon Stakeholder Alignment artifacts), partnering with the GDAR Quarterbacks and CCP stakeholders to correct the materials as appropriate, then distributing the materials at least one day in advance of the meeting to allow review by the GDAR QA R&C Assessors in preparation for the scheduled session
  • b) Function as the QA Review & Challenge session scribe
  • c) Own post-session activities, which requires partnering with the GDAR Quarterbacks and CCP stakeholders to confirm follow up actions, requested during QA Review & Challenge session, are completed prior to submission for Regulatory Issue or Corrective Action Plan (CAP) closure and Internal Audit validation
  • d) Own GDAR QA Review & Challenge record keeping, including maintenance of session files, minutes and the tracking file on the GDAR SharePoint site
2. Support management of the monthly GDAR Senior Executive Oversight Committee (GDAR SEOC) meeting, including:
  • a) Preparation of meeting materials
  • b) Collaboration with colleagues (e.g., GDAR Program Office, FRI Governance, Internal Audit, CCP Stakeholders, etc.) to complete follow up actions requested for and/or by the GDAR SEOC
3. Support management of the bi-monthly GDAR Execution Group (GDAR EG) meeting, including:
  • a) Preparation of meeting materials
  • b) Collaboration with colleagues (e.g., GDAR Program Office, FRI Governance, Internal Audit, CCP Stakeholders, etc.) to complete follow up actions requested for and/or by the GDAR EG
  • c) Function as the GDAR EG meeting scribe

4.  As assigned, prepare presentations / analysis in support of:
  • a) Monthly Board updates
  • b) Monthly / quarterly Regulatory updates and/or submissions
  • c) Ad hoc senior management requests

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
  • 10 to 15 years' experience in a control function and/or regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of Citi products, functions, data requirements, operations and technology solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively manage large, complex programs that cut across multiple business lines and functions
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and desire to identify problems and collaborate with stakeholders to find and execute a solution
