As a leading investment bank in China and Hong Kong region, the investment banking arm of Bank of China, BOC International Holdings Limited (“BOCI”), is now seeking highly motivated, creative and success-oriented professional who would like to pursue the career for supporting our capital market business.


  • Administration, programming and maintenance of IT infrastructure and architecture of BOCI;
  • Assists with strategic development of the IT Division, including establishing IT strategy and the IT budget annually for the US office;
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of global policies and standards, participation and adherence to global IT policy and IT service operation support and group standards;
  • Enhance support and operational procedures through streamlining of existing processes and operation;
  • Work closely with local management and business units to review business process and identify system needs, and researches, evaluates and proposes new technologies and solutions;
  • Coordinate and monitor system implementation and is responsible for the overall quality and user satisfaction, including serving as primary point of contact;
  • Coordinate and support major change initiatives, IT infrastructure and application change implementation;
  • Provide technical consultancy and end-to-end support to our internal users and act as primary point of contact for IT support services to provide quality onsite technical support and related services to business users in the US (including desktop support, incident and problem management, IT assets operation, hardware and software install, etc.);
  • Develop and conduct IT induction and training programs for business users;
  • Communicate effectively with business and service providers regarding strategic provision of technology support services;
  • Engage with business and IT partners to promote active communication to ensure business requirement is aligned with services, including with respect to vendor management and selection;
  • Communicate with end-users, liaise with consultants and manage key vendor relationships to ensure compliance with corporate needs and prescribed standards / performance;
  • Provide IT asset management and inventory control; and
  • Provide user training on system operations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • 2 - 5 years experience in information technology, system administration, programming, network engineer, and/or operational and technical support
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating system & server administration, Active Directory, VMware, MS Office, IBM Notes or Lotus Domino, McAfee, Citrix XenApp, Netscaler, Altiris and other web based applications and protocols
  • Knowledge of Cisco products and data networking and voice communication support
  • Familiar with VPN and Intranet
  • Knowledge of ITIL organization (including ITIL Service Manager) is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
