Junior Auditor M/F - VIE New York City - Audit New York
This VIE position will be part of the Markets & Investment Management audit team which has primary responsibility for the audits of the MARK Global Markets trading and sales (equities derivatives, fixed income and currencies) activity within the corporate & investment bank, as well as asset management (Lyxor Inc.) and associated support and control functions.
The main missions of the VIE will be to
1.Take part in audit missions as an auditor through the different phases, namely the diagnostic phase, the investigation phase and reporting phase ok the market audit team activities
2. Follow-up or audit recommendations and contribute to the continuous monitoring and risk assessment process
3. Support the managers of the market audit team in the day to day activities of the audit team.
4. Manage the market audit team meetings by maintaining agenda and producing KPIs used track the team overall activities (recommendation follow-up, mission status...)
5. Assist in formalizing and developing the methodological framework to audit market activities
6. Contribution to various initiative to improve the efficiency of the team. Profile Required The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in New York City is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months. Graduate with a Master degree majoring in Audit, Accounting, Controlling or Finance.
A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.
You have basic knowledge of investment banking activities (products, markets) and risk management
You have basic knowledge of key banking industry regulations
You are fluent in English. Competencies Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Data analytics (R, Python, VBA)
