Lead Analyst, Product Management
Product Management - Supportsproduct management and product development through pricing, sales support, andproviding inputs to marketing strategy. Primary efforts will be to work with teamsto develop and execute go to market plans across global product management. Usetechnology tools to plan, manage, and deliver messages across the business. Other activities may include researches thedemands, risks, regulatory environment of the applicable markets to developproducts. Supports more experienced colleagues with relevant competitive,market and/or financial analyses to gain breadth/depth of knowledge in relevantproducts, services and platforms. Performs technical training, demonstrationsand develops user documentation to provide feedback on enhancements forassigned product(s). Follows and completes activities outlined in productdevelopment process and conducts focused research on specific topics. Assistsmore senior Product Managers on developing and delivering the product tomarket. Supports more senior Product Managers in building client-focused,strategic business cases for firm offerings in the marketplace through relevantresearch and analyses on client segments, competitive landscape and industryenvironment. Works with more experienced Product Management on product pricing.Responsible for collecting and analyzing market data and sales data required byProduct Managers for accurate pricing. May help relationship managers, salesstaff, and other product managers perform technical trainings or demonstrationsfor potential clients. No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement ofteam objectives and profitability of assigned product. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combinationof education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree andbackground in marketing/finance preferred.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in Product Management, operations,client management preferred.
- MBA or CFA preferred.
- Product Leadership Certification preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses orcertifications as required by the business.
