The Financial Control Group (FCG) is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial and regulatory reporting for the Firm. FCG prepares external financial reports for public filings and regulators. For internal reporting FCG, along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), summarizes, plans and forecasts the organization's financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future revenues, expenses and earnings. FCG is comprised of Business Unit Controllers, Infrastructure Controllers, Accounting, Regulatory and Reporting groups, and Valuation Review.

Position description:
Lexi and Legend are the Firms Legal Entity reference data sources applications. Lexi consumes and aggregates data from upstream systems and feeds this data to end users and other downstream systems. The Lexi team serves multiple constituencies and must balance the needs of multiple clients and resources available to the team. The candidate will be the subject matter contact for Legal Entity reference data for the firm. As the business owner of the Lexi and Legend systems, the candidate will need skills in multiple areas including Process Analysis/Improvement, Technology / Project Management, Data management, regulatory reporting and attestations.
The hours of work will be influenced by the need to talk with colleagues around the world, the need to coordinate with the Technology teams, accommodate deadlines, and cyclical user requests. Skills & Qualifications Required:
· 2+ years of professional experience
· Experience in systems/data integration and reporting systems projects
· Understanding of database and reporting concepts.
· Experience with Business Objects application, including creating reports, in-report logic, and creation of variables.
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Experience with data quality management
· Strong organization, attention to detail and time management skills
· Self-starter who works well with different teams
· Experience with designing processes and procedures
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with various levels throughout the organization
· Ability to manage multiple competing constituents, resources and timelines.
· Advanced Excel skills, including string manipulation and data import.

Skills beneficial; however not required for the role:
· Ability to write Excel macros to automate or simplify tasks.
· Experience with regulatory reporting
