Job Description:
MSBNA Business Execution offers a unique opportunity to work with Bank management early in your career. The position reports to the Head of Business Development but offers broad interaction Bank Management, particularly the Chief Administrative Officer, and with the Bank's support and control functions and the 15 business units that comprise the Bank.
MSBNA Business Execution projects are aligned with the key priorities of the Bank and Firm. Examples of projects include:
• Provide project management and strong problem solving skills involving evaluation of New Products, Business Continuity Management, and the implementation of a new regulatory and strategic requirements, (e.g., Strategic Planning, and Recovery and Resolution Planning)
• Provide support across the entire suite of CAO initiatives
• Prepare responses to Bank governance and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in Investment or Corporate Banking (3 years)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• High level of motivation and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound commercial instincts
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in Fixed Income and Derivatives is a plus
