Role Overview :
• Responsible for the development, administration and calculation of Executive Partner compensation plans
• Manage the calculation, administration and payment of our monthly R&D program
• Responsible for the calculation, administration and payment of our quarterly Life Success Bonus Program
• Oversight for administering and calculating Target Markets (including Cultural and Woman's Market) incentive plans
• Manage and develop one direct report

Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Company administrative/mainframe systems, and Field monitoring systems (Dashboard, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Dashboard and mainframe applications
• Requires a good understanding of Agency Field Operations

Assets under management represent Consolidated Domestic and International insurance Company Statutory assets (cash and invested assets and separate account assets) and third party assets principally managed by New York Life Investment management Holdings LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company.
