The NA Cross-Border Payments Product Manager would be responsible for regional product management, and running key customer initiatives to maintain and grow the existing portfolio of Financial Institutions' (FI) cross-border payments business.  The Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects of product management for the WorldLink solution for North America FI clients.

The Product Manager will work closely with FI sales and product leads to originate and close sales opportunities to grow the business as well as maintain the current book of business by addressing client needs for cross border payments.

The product manager would also manage Dodd Frank 1073 offering. The entire Investment spend, operations teams and Product management, enhancement and development cycle end to end.

Responsibilities include:
•              Execute on strategic vision with regional, global team and functional partners
•              Drive product development prioritization for NA region and package sector specific capabilities
•              Drive pricing strategy based on feedback from sales, clients, and industry
•              Engage and ensure sharing of best practices and guidelines with global and regional peers on a regular basis
•              Manage relationships with functional partners and product teams in delivering products that exceed client expectations
•              Drive marketing strategy with Sales, Bankers, and Account Managers partners as well as market management team for the product set.
•              Respond to RFPs, client queries, and resolve client issues escalated to product.


•              7+ years product management, business management experience preferably in a bank
•              3+ years project/program management experience preferably in a bank.
•              2+ years payments/cash management industry experience
•              Understanding of operational and technological aspects of cash management business
