The objective of the position is to establish and implement the Operational Risk management and Framework. Besides that, this position will assist with reviewing and challenging Enterprise Risk Assessment and establishment of the Bank’s internal control governance.

Job Duties

Include but are not limited to:

  • ORD Framework
    • Establish and execute Operational Risk Framework including consistent risk rating methodology
    • Establish and maintain Operational Risk Management Policy and Procedure including conducting gap analysis
  • Operation Risk Management
    • Implement risk management operating model and provides challenge to FLUs across the department
    • Provide guidance to FLUs for operational risk identification, assessment and remediation
  • Taxonomy Governance
    • Establish and steer bank-wide Operational Risk Taxonomy Hierarchy
    • Establish Taxonomy Governance to ensure any addition, amendment and removal are governed by proper process
    • Establish Taxonomy tagging process for each program
  • Other Assignment
    • Assist in the review and challenge process for enterprise risk assessment
    • Coordinate with the relevant key department to establish the internal control governance process
    • Assist preparing top operational risk and emerging risk identification and reporting

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Risk Assessment experiences is required
  • Experienced with Compliance, BSA/AML risk and control assessment is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial and banking industry regulations, process, activities and requirements are required
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving and project management skills are preferred
