Job Description:
This position reports to the Vice President of Finance and Operations, GCS. Core responsibilities include the documentation, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the GCS operations and infrastructure globally.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Assist with management of staffing needs and compensation globally, including
  • Work with businesses to develop and model business cases for staffing requests
  • Assistance with obtaining approval for and onboarding of staff and contractors across all business units
  • Preparation of global bonus accruals
  • Calculation of payments due based on multiple compensation schemes
  • Ensuring compliance with time reporting requirements
  • Maintain reporting on headcount and compensation globally
  • Assist with development, implementation, and management of Infrastructure, Operational Processes, Policies and Procedures globally, including:
  • Creating and managing Legal Entities and requisite Infrastructure globally
  • Gathering operational requirements from business managers and operations management
  • Assessing operational requests based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Developing action plans to build out operations infrastructure and executing approved plan
  • Creating standardized processes to integrate acquisitions and manage integration
  • Documenting processes
  • Work with businesses to develop and model business cases for non-compensation related expenditures
  • Coordinate review and approval of contracts, prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis on key contractual terms, and model financial obligations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for savings and/or creating efficiencies
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience required
  • Analytical and project management skills required
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Visio skills required
  • Ability to work across corporate functions required
  • Must be detail and goal oriented
  • Must be a self-starter who can determine what needs to be done rather than wait for direction
  • Willingness to accommodate different time zones required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Multi-lingual preferred
