Department Profile
Operations is one of the largest divisions in the firm and has diverse responsibilities, including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships and partnering with technology to realize the full potential of IT and e-solutions. Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.

Background on the Position
The candidate will support Client Service Risk & Control (CSRC) Business Management in the following areas:
1- Resource management which includes the creation, maintenance, and approval of hiring requisitions, maintaining the headcount management tool and critical hire tracker, temp to perm ratio reporting
2- Financial management inclusive of preparing monthly accruals and update of monthly scorecard metrics
3- Support coordination of central functions (e.g. vendor TFRs, invoice processing & review, furlough monitoring, collection of industry affiliations, T&E and overtime reporting)

Qualifications:

Skills required (essential)
-At least 2 years of relevant work experience
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must
-Detail oriented
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
-Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with business management and support teams across multiple locations
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Experience in headcount management a plus
