Principal, Global Operations and Technology Product Owner - Enterprise Tools
The Enterprise Tools Product Owner will be responsible for driving the vision and execution across the Global Operations and Technology (GOT) portfolio of business management tools in an Agile development environment. These tools span across the workforce, portfolio, and business management domains that support governance of financial and operational targets (eg time tracking, resource forecasting, portfolio management, etc). The Product Owner will work with senior stakeholders in the respective domains to architect a multi-year roadmap that aligns with the firm's strategic objectives. This would include leveraging both technical and domain knowledge to break down business objectives to design solutions that meet user requirements, rationalize strategic integrations with upstream/downstream systems, maximize operational stability, and proactively solve future challenges. During development sprints, the Product Owner will actively work with the development team to ensure successful completion of the requirements and provide transparency on progress and timelines to all stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Define and maintain strategic roadmap across the enterprise tools estate Partner with the stakeholders to develop/maintain backlog of user stories (and ensure quality and alignment to the strategic roadmap) Prioritize backlog and sprints in alignment with the strategic roadmap and changing priorities Oversee development sprints and escalate risks/issues Communicate roadmap and development progress to all key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related disipline or equivalent work experience required 10+ years of experience in product management working with developers and clients, the Agile development methodology, and possess effective communication skills along with the ability to manage/influence senior stakeholders.
