Working with a Tier 1 banking client in their Operations change department to migrate their settlement system. The project has multiple streams and you are expected to lead their project manage office (PMO), working closely with Program Director and other project managers to come up with reporting standards for the project.

• Strong PMO background and experience of working on a large Programs

• Understanding of the project life-cycle and tools /techniques/standards within each phase

• Ensure that all project management systems, standards and best practices are used and maintained across the program • Thorough understanding / certification in the project and program management methods and best practices e.g. PMP

• Delivery and allocation of consultants/teams to client site and managing • Previous budgeting experience

• Management reporting to key stakeholders • Strong quality of internal communication skills via various methods • Experience of managing head count (joiners, leavers and movers)
