What we're looking for:

As Manager, Product Operations at automotiveMastermind, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures across a swath of initiatives for our product and design organization.

You will collaborate across the organization with Senior Leadership and critical business stakeholders and be responsible for the enhancement and optimization of automotive Mastermind product and design planning process. You will develop and own the process for operations reporting, product road mapping, goal setting, communication, and prioritization.

This highly-visible role will use their experience in project management methodologies to drive the planning and execution of work across our Product and Design teams while connecting and providing transparency to our business partners across the organization. You will report directly into the Chief Product Officer for the automotive Mastermind organization.

Some Challenges You'll Tackle:
  • Establish key performance metrics for the product organizations and develop long term strategies and processes to improve them
  • Report out on KPI's COGS and other initiative leading and lagging indicators
  • Implementation and management the 4 disciplines of execution
  • Own documentation and tracking of our Wildly Important Goals, define leading and lagging indicators
  • Own the development and communication framework of the overall product roadmap and develop the process to keep it up to date and accurate
  • Develop systems and process around how we execute the product function, working closely with and directly support product managers
  • Own and deliver product information flow internally and externally to drive business outcomes
  • Feeds data and insights to our product team to improve product opportunities
  • Ensure Product team is channeling the voice of the customer into market facing Product, ensuring clear communications between Product managers and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee and ensure all status materials and roadmap documents are compiled
  • Empowering the commercial team and ensuring internal alignment

  • Program manage multiple strategic cross-functional initiatives that include, but are not limited to, the following lifecycle activities: product requirements, product build, training, legal, marketing, commercialization/go-to-market activities, and client communication
  • Support our product marketing team, sales and customer support teams with the product training, knowledge, context and insights they need to be successful
  • Become an SMEs Analyzing existing processes across all of our products and identify areas of improvement


About you:
  • 5-10 + years of experience as a Program, Project, Product, or Operations leader within a technology organization
  • 5-10+ years of program management experience planning and delivery with a Software-as-a-Service model
  • 5-10+ years product development, operations or marketing experience, preferably in the retail automotive marketing space industry
  • Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation customer support and customer adoption
  • Ability to measure and analyze project and operational performance to drive continuous delivery performance
  • Proven experience bringing together internal teams within a Software-as-a-Service model
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a cross functional environment
  • Exceptionally strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven creative thinker with strong business acuity
  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles as organizational demands deem necessary
  • Must be a solutions enabler that can understand business requirements and work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to arrive at solutions
  • You can identify areas of inefficiency and ideally suggest existing software or internal product enhancements that can make processes faster and more reliable Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent partnership and stakeholder management skills Experience launching new products is a nice to have While we are not requiring prior work in the fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries, candidates must demonstrate an aptitude for the space and show they can quickly understand our processes
  • Previous experience in a quickly growing company
  • Previous experience managing teams and understanding of process automation

  • For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $75,440. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
