Responsibilities

The ELT COO team in New York is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious project manager to join the team to assist in the day-to-day running of the ELT organisation. Responsibilities will include (though are not limited to): ownership of strategic and regulatory initiatives and assisting with the operational health concerns of the organisation (e.g. hiring and retaining). The successful candidate will be comfortable running with multiple tasks simultaneously and adjusting with very short notice to accommodate urgent needs of senior management. A key ask of the new team member will be to shift the balance of the COO organisation from largely administrative to largely strategic through automation and proactive anticipation - in line with the two year vision for the team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to form strong relationships with senior management and demanding front-office stakeholders
  • A strong management consulting skillset gained from a top tier management consultancy with 3 years minimum of hands-on experience in:
    • Critical thinking
    • Ability to structure and present strategic direction
    • Strong presentation skills
