Job Summary:
This is a position that reports to the Director of Financial Analysis, Global Corporate Services. Under the guidance of the Director of Financial Analysis, this role will support the Facilities Management business. The role includes direct interaction with GCS management, accounting, operations and sales.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Prepare monthly business P&Ls to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
  • Create monthly, quarterly and year to date variance analysis and review with business line management and finance management
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets in conjunction with business line management
  • Work with business line management and financial operations to provide analysis in support of hiring decisions
  • Interact with the Pricing Department to assist in pricing RFPs for Facilities Management
  • Generate Client Profitability models and provide client data as it relates to Facilities Management
  • Improve existing excel models and their functionality
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis for Facilities Management, as needed
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting); Master's degree or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in finance or accounting required
  • Advanced excel modeling experience required
  • Must be a self-starter who can determine what needs to be done rather than wait for direction
  • Must be detail and process oriented
  • Must be able to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work across corporate functions
  • Demonstrated ability learning new computer systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong work ethic required
