We’re looking for software engineers to:
-analyze business requirements for the Rates Options business
-provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and help grow the desk.
-design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern technologies
-deliver against requirements in: pricing, analytics, risk, pnl

The key aspect of this role is that you will be required to analyse and understand the business's long term technology aspirations and devise an architecture and roadmap to meet them.
You will be a founder member of an IT team working directly alongside the Rates Options desk in New York and reporting into the global FRC Technology organisation.
-5 + years of experience across a wide range of trading desk concerns, especially risk
-experience of designing solution architecture from the ground up with the ability to elaborate and justify this architecture
-proficient experience in C#, SQL Server, Python
-produced secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing
-designed, planned and delivered solutions in a large scale enterprise environment
-a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or similarly practical numerate discipline
