Senior Training Digital Design Developer

The Senior Digital Design Developer provides creative expertise and technical knowledge to design cutting edge training tailored to the needs of each product, initiative, program or project.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Design Developer
Tasks include the following:
•Design and develop training of all forms, including but not limited to e-learning, recorded tips, quick reference cards, websites, reference materials / online manual pages, instructor led training, coaching guides, participant materials, team meetings in a box, self-studies, and training tips.
•Cutting edge training knowledge
•Create and design innovative training web solutions
•Work with Project Managers, Instructional Designers, and Content Developers to create training that suits the client's needs
•Attend client meetings, with ability to ideate in real time with design concepts
•Revise and update materials on both a periodic and as-needed basis
•Perform quality checks on completed collateral to ensure it is accurate
•Work effectively with other team members or outside contractors to develop curriculum or communications when necessary
•Publish, manage and review collateral posted to the firm content management system
•Research and develop innovative processes and/or templates for the rest of the Development team
•Design and develop training for specific Firm mandated initiatives, such as Digital, Goals Planning System, and Account Opening

Qualifications:

Skills Required:
•5+ years in financial services settings
•3+ years with training design including but not limited to manual development, instructor led training, recorded training courses, and quick reference cards
•Extremely creative, quick thinking, and resourceful, with a high attention to detail
•Critical thinking and translation of business needs into technology solutions
•Ability to analyze vague project requests and clarify into specific tasks, next steps and deliverables
•Excellent written/oral communication skills and listening skills
•Full systems development life cycle experience
•Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access
•Advanced understanding of HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, XML
•Experience with multimedia interactions and gamification in eLearning environment
•Understanding of Content Management Systems
•Experience with mobile-ready responsive design
•Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other graphic editing software
•Strong Graphic/Web Design skills
•Strong knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and/or other eLearning software
•Experience with video editing, motion graphics and audio engineering
