  • Critical member of the Real Estate Global Analytics team with a focus on supporting senior management across a variety of analyses, reports, and presentations, with an overall goal to transform a wide breadth of information into cohesive, meaningful products that inform management decisions.
  • Lead, manage, create, and support presentations of key projects within CRS, guide and influence occupancy strategies.
  • Review and develop comprehensive and accurate financial analyses including GAAP compliance
  • Support project approval process.
  • Prepare concise and complete presentation material to best articulate and highlight key strategic and financial components of a project.
  • Create recurring reporting and presentation for senior Enterprise Infrastructure and CRS management, including monthly operating report.
  • Interface with the Finance organization to ensure timely and accurate reporting of productivity initiatives and associated reserves requirements.
  • Perform complex portfolio analytics, including reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Train, develop, and mentor junior staff on the team to increase productivity and quality of team deliverables.


  • Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred
  • 10 plus years of relevant analytics experience
  • Corporate Real Estate experience/industry knowledge preferred
  • People management and development expertise in multiple operational/geographic contexts
  • Advanced cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong controls and compliance track record
  • Ability to bring clarity to challenging problems and to help others engage in and embrace a solution
  • Able to enhance performance and foster innovation with key outsource partners
  • Role requires extensive financial modeling capabilities along with an in depth knowledge of GAAP
  • The candidate will be required to present complex financial and strategic presentations to clients (internal CRS Management, partners across the organization - Finance, Accounting - and external vendor partners).
  • Ability to manage responsibility for team (includes people, budget and planning).
  • Excellent written and communication skills - requires regular engagement with various groups across the globe (partnership with accounting policy and Finance team, when necessary, also engage with members who prepare board packages - i.e. for projects over $100 million).
