Sr. Specialist Metrics Analyst
• Providestechnical leadership across multiple areas for Technology organizational andfunctional effectiveness measurements.
• Participatesin determining what metrics to track, how they are to be measured, and themethod in which data is tracked, stored and reported.
• Developsconsultative partnerships with internal teams to understand their strategicobjectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
• Extractsbusiness insights to guide direction of learning activities and driveorganizational efficiencies, effectiveness and outcomes.
• Maintainsknowledge of company's total computing environment and planned changes in orderto develop meaningful measurements.
• Staysabreast of technology innovations and trends and identifies areas ofimprovement. Works with business stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Collaborateswith and supports leaders and their teams from multiple areas of expertise toensure strategies and measurements are aligned and support business andoperating results.
• Contributesto the achievement of area objectives.
• Analysisof data for program/project portfolios using Excel and other tools to createsummaries and business views of outcomes, financial spend and benefitcommitments.
• Create,analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
• Supportand develop executive presentations communicating the various work streams.
• Manageproject schedules, project migration and campaign scorecards
• Compileand validate data sets using Excel and other tools
• Preparepresentations
Qualifications
• Bachelor'sdegree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, advanceddegree is beneficial
• 4 to8 years of related experience required, experience in the securities orfinancial services industry is a plus
• Extensiveand demonstrated data analysis experience
• Expertin data and statistical analysis tools, including Excel and Tableau, SQL andPowerpoint
• Experiencein program/portfolio management, resource management or systems development
• Ideallyhas experience working in technology in finance/banking industry
