The main function of the job is to support the TTS Global and North America Earnings Credit Rate programs, inclusive of global expansion and hybrid ECR (Earnings Credit Rate). Responsibilities include: owning and managing of product development activities end- to-end, determining country-level expansion priorities based on a tax/legal review of local regulations; driving internal new product approval processes; coordinating with technology partners on platform deployment; commercialize the offering via product training and marketing programs; coordinating with Operations and Customer Service on building out the global support model; manage the product rollout; and develop ongoing business / P&L management processes. This entails working closely with functional partners including Tax, Legal, Risk, Global Billing Operations & Product Management, Finance, Sales, Service, and other business partners including regional LMS colleagues. In addition to supporting the Global and North America ECR program, the candidate will be supporting other global deposit initiatives including online investment portal for deposits; and client experience and business process improvements.
The candidate will gain experience launching a high-profile new product into various countries around the globe considering a variety of factors including local regulatory/tax/legal regimes, currency/rate conditions, and technology platforms. The candidate will have the opportunity to interact with a range of functional partners including Tax, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Service. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with regional product and market management teams in addition to performing analytics in targeting clients, deposit pricing and performance in support of global revenue growth and product expansion.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable
- 3-5+ years' experience in a product management role preferred
- Familiarity with deposits and/or liquidity products
- Working knowledge of banking deposit regulations -- in the US and offshore
- Understanding of institutional liquidity and investment practices, solutions and systems (TWS, ERP)
- Knowledge of agile methodology framework and tools (JIRA)
- Experience working within a matrix reporting environment is desired
- Strong analytical skills including familiarity with data reporting/management analytics
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications/presentation skills.
