The Global Statements Product Management role is responsible to partner with client facing teams and clients in order to identify client and business needs vis-à-vis their automated reconciliation processes.  The Product manager is expected to understand the complete data flow of a transaction from inception to settlement with a clear objective of being able to provide the required data back to our clients, in the required formats.  This role relies heavily on the support of the TTS network, powered by regional and local market teams to deliver these statement solutions across all geographies.  The end objective is to increase efficiency in the way our data is delivered to our clients by providing them exactly what they need and in formats acceptable directly by the end consuming systems. 
The TTS (Treasury Trade Solutions) Global Channels Product team is seeking a talented, imaginative and experienced individual who is passionate about providing best-in-class experiences for our clients.  Guided by feedback from our clients, by insights from our competitors and by our business objectives, the individual will be responsible for defining and achieving the strategic Global Statements product roadmap.

The Global Statements Product Manager Responsibilities include:
  • Understand the pain points being faced by our clients in reconciliation due to impaired account statements and the existing tactical requests being worked upon to remedy these
  • Analyze the existing gaps in data in the account statements and their detailed root cause
  • Understand how we can leverage Big Data to augment data sent to Clients via existing Channels
  • Work in close partnership with Data and P&R teams to set clear objectives and deliverables across stake-holders and track these to completion
  • Work in conjunction with the CitiConnect team to define and specify client-required output formats for account statements across clients and align delivery timelines with respective Sales / Account managers to manage client expectations
  • Design and manage product communications including external and internal feature announcements, reference materials, press releases and adoption campaigns, in partnership with marketing and regions.
  • Define and Measure Key Performance Indicators - including percentage remediation across clients and geographies.  Provide quantitative and qualitative updates to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant product management experience, preferably with a background in data management
  • 3+ years direct or indirect external client experience a must. 
  • Experience in successful implementation of large customer experience projects while managing cross functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues.
  • Team player with ability to evidence leadership and build consensus while working within a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, and produce consistent high-quality work
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solicit input and involves others in decisions and plans that affect them.
  • Excellent verbal, digital, and written communication skills.  Strong presentation skills. 
  • Excellent project manager, a self-starter with attention to detail and highly organized
  • Passion for the customer and their experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
