Business Overview:
As the largest Travel & Entertainment Card issuer in the United States, according to the Nielsen Report, the NA Commercial Cards business brings in approximately $320MM in annual revenue from over 40 clients.

Position Objective:
This role takes a broad view of the latest technologies that play a critical role in the payments industry to assess fit for the Commercial Cards client base. The role is equally responsible for building out the products identified and bringing them to market in a model that is most effective for our clients.

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle of several innovative products. A successful Innovation Product Manager will be able to build product working teams by developing cross functional relationships across Legal, Compliance, Controls, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Servicing, Training, and Sales/Account Management while strategically managing external partnerships with Visa, MasterCard, card processing companies, and other strategic vendors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Mobile wallets - Lead the integration and commercialization of Citi commercial cards with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay in North America, and provide subject matter expertise to support global rollouts.
2. Chat and Chat Bots - Implement the next generation of an online chat channel and integrate chat bot technology in to the servicing model.
3. Virtual Agent - Serve as the front-office expert and product specialist in rolling out a virtual agent platform for phone-based servicing.
4. Contactless - Develop, project manage, and launch contactless cards in the U.S. through close collaboration with Operations, Technology, Fraud, the Commercial Cards processor, and card printing vendors.
5. Cards Management Mobile App - Interface with Global Product Development and Technology as the North America mobile app owner to ensure N.A. specific client requests and use cases are integrated.
6. Vendor Management - Negotiate favorable contracts with vendors and third party partners to secure optimal partnerships for products and services. Further, manage vendor onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities.

Qualifications

Position Requirements include:
1. Strong industry knowledge and visibility to help drive engagement with new clients and ensure Citi remains relevant with existing clients.
2. 5+ years of prior product and/or project management experience in transaction services, payments, or a related field
3. MBA preferred
4. Strong project management skills with a commitment to be highly organized and determination to meet deadlines
5. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
6. A proactive and positive attitude
7. Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong communication skills to provide clear and detailed creative direction
9. Ability to think creatively and use sound judgement when making business decisions
