Who We Look For
Goldman Sachs Engineers are innovators and problem-solvers, building solutions in risk management, big data, mobile and more. We look for creative collaborators who evolve, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Manage the Firm's Managed Spend Financials including monthly expenses, estimating the quarterly re-forecasting and facilitating the year end budget cycle and responsible for managing Non-Comp expenses and approvals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
• Senior interface between Technology, Firmwide CFOs, and Controllers regarding all managed spend financials
• Manage and coordinate flow of requests and analysis for financial reporting with the CAO Office & Controllers
• Engage with leadership across Technology to apply appropriate governance and oversight
• Ensure our systems and processes capture all necessary financial data for accurate and comprehensive delivery of mandates
• Address all Technology Requirements related to Firm's Managed Spend Reporting

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• -Exceptional attention to detail
-Master at Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc)
-Budgeting background, Finance background
-Minimum of 5 years of experience
-Strong MS Office Skills
-Strong organizational skills - ability to mulit-task and work under pressure and prioritize
-Results oriented and proactive. Ability to handle multiple, time sensitive projects while focusing on the high quality of work delivered.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Strong presentation skills - ability to put together polished and professional looking commercial decks for management on a wide range of topics
-Fast learner, ability to navigate the organization and get up to speed quickly on key topics
-Ability to connect the dots across projects and budget activities
• A good level of understanding of Accounting, Budgeting, and Expense Mgmt
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Able to lead several competing priorities
• Ability to articulate clear direction in presentation formats
