This position is C13 Vice President within Citi's Finance organization under the Lead Finance Officer (LFO) supporting the Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business

Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) provides comprehensive cash management and trade finance for corporations, public sector clients and financial institutions worldwide. With the industry's most comprehensive suite of digital and mobile-enabled platforms, tools and analytics, TTS leads the way in delivering innovative and tailored solutions to its clients. Offerings include cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management and investment services, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, and trade finance.  

TTS Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is the liaison between business and senior management, who provide analytics to help guide the TTS business, explain the drivers behind the performance and develop a forward looking view to both the business and the LFO. This position supports critical processes within TTS LFO team and primary focus on TTS North America region. The candidate will gain a deep understanding of one of the most complex product (Payments, and Receivables, Trade Loans, Deposits and Corporate Cards) within TTS family and broad exposure to senior management, both finance and business. The main responsibilities include:

  • Lead financial analysis of TTS NAM businesses across all actuals and planning dimensions, including Earnings, Outlooks, Forecasts, Annual Plan, CCAR; and create presentations for the TTS NAM CEO, COO and LFO and other members of the executive committees
  • Be a key participant in the restructuring of the TTS NAM LFO team, by driving transformation and redesign of business support processes
  • Develop ad-hoc analytics on themes that arise at senior management's request and/or through proactive research of potential issues including wallet share / critical client / investment analysis, competitor comparison for NAM TTS revenue, etc.
  • Coordinate and partner with FP&A, Controller, FRI, FRSS teams both onshore and offshore (Mumbai, Costa Rica) to evaluate and streamline reporting processes, design feasible solutions, and drive efficiency, standardization and centralization
  • Partner with LFO team & workstreams to support the planning and analysis covering all TTS NAM businesses (Liquidity Solutions, Trade Services,  Commercial Cards, Channel & Enterprise Services) by understand key business drivers, develop financial management tools and providing insight to drive the P&L

  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in a financial services/consulting capacity within a large organization
  • Knowledge of TTS business and Citi Financial systems (Pearl, Essbase, etc.) is a plus
