Alpha Service Strategy and Implementation Manager, VP
Business Analyst supporting End-to-End Integration, Front and Middle Office Business and Technology Convergence, Interoperability, and industry leading Client User Experience. This role will span Front, Middle and Back Office domains as a part of the Alpha Platform Strategy.
Drive client implementation and strategic initiative workstreams/programs. Support all phases on the deal life cycle including sales support, solution design, requirements analysis, requirements definition, configuration/deployment, testing, operating model design, operating model documentation, operational readiness and post implementation client care.
Product Planning and Management, guide strategic product specifications, define the long term strategy of the product and product road map, prepare product and service use cases to drive product activity, assist with pricing strategies and product policies, craft product packaging solutions, coordinate activities with cross functional teams.
Assist with Client Service, Sales Support and Solution Design, support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise, conduct product presentations, develop sales tools and sales training material, supply client facing teams with research and product developments, track client feedback/requests and incorporate in product road map where appropriate.
Work closely with Business, Data and Solution Architecture to ensure alignment with strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products, services and key business initiatives. Leverage business analysis frameworks and Business Architecture team to develop an integrated view of the business, in the context of the enterprise, and drive strategic alignment across product, platform, operational and service areas.
