CAD/Civil 3D Technician in either Pittsburgh, Cleveland or Philadelphia.
Primary Responsibilities

• Focusing on civil alignment sheets, erosion and sediment control plans, and site civil layout plans for oil and gas pipelines
• Support civil engineers and CADD staff on AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Develop skills in performing site civil design as well as 3D piping design
• Perform calculations for erosion and sediment control
• Assist engineers with quantity take-offs for the bill of materials
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Design, or a related field required or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Pipeline and site civil design and drafting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Understanding of Civil Survey data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of document and data management
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate within a large project execution team
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Civil 3D experience
• Preference is given to local candidates
