Court Acctng Accountant II
As an Accountant in a centralized support group, the incumbent is responsible to provide professional accounting services to Portfolio Officers, Relationship Managers, Internal/External clients, and Probate Courts. He/she will provide a wide variety of accounting driven functions for various state accounting formats. Functions will include, preparation of court accountings in accounting software Faster, analyzing and interpreting data, balancing accounts to customer statements, preparation of accounts for filing, calculating fees and producing checks for filing in various Probate Courts. He/she will interact with Attorneys, clients and Probate Court personnel. He/she will participate in client meetings or calls with front office teams when Subject Matter expertise is required to provide solutions. He/She may have the responsibility of performing quality assurance reviews. The incumbent must be able to work in a highly confidential environment of the wealthiest, internal and external, high-profile clients of the Corporation. He/she must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to Wealth Management policies and procedures. Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Advanced knowledge of Faster/Faster Download, SEI and Mobius preferred. Must be self motivated with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Paralegal or experience working with the legal community preferred.
