The incumbent supervises the Distribution Unit staff, reviews, coordinates and assigns work for all MPAM Entities. He/she trains employees on all aspects of the account closing process to assure quality of service in accordance with developed standards. He/she will also communicate effectively with various areas of the Corporation to resolve problems that affect quality of service, as well as compliance issues. Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, accounting or equivalent work experience. The Incumbent must also possess a thorough understanding of fiduciary practices, trust compliance issues and auditing requirements. S/he must have time management skills, the ability to prioritize, recognize problems and formulate solutions. S/he will possess strong written/oral communication skills, analytical and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to learn and master new functions. Excellent PC skills, i.e. Word, Excel and Access. High School diploma and minimum 5 years Trust Administration and/or Security Processing experience, as well as previous supervisory experience is preferred.
