Trust Document Analyst II
To provide legal analysis support via opening and maintaining more complicated accounts for Wealth Management or Institutional groups by analyzing wills, trust agreements (i.e. Basic-CRUTS, CRATS, GRITS, Pension Trusts etc) and various other legal agreements which govern the fiduciary and non-fiduciary relationship between the bank and its customers and to make determinations as to comply with applicable law and regulations of the Comptroller of the currency and SEC. The information is then input to various systems, (i.e. CMS, TAS & SEI) and a summary of the relationship is prepared (when applicable) for use by the Administrative Offices, Investment Officers, Real Estate, Bank Examiners and Auditors. The responsibilities and latitude of this position will be under supervision of the Supervisor and/or Manager of Legal Analysis. Qualifications
The qualified candidate should have 3+ years trust or legal experience. Paralegal certification is a plus. The candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to work under demanding deadlines.
