Our client, located in Philadephia, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its growing team.
Michael Page is a leading global recruitment firm specializing in Accounting and Finance recruitment in the Greater Philadelphia market.
- Manage and oversee the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the internal and external monthly financial statements.
- Ensure SOX compliance.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
- Prior experience in Big 4/Public Accounting required.
- 5-7years experience in general accounting required; minimum of 1 year of management experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
