Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services (IWS), National Financial (NF) and Fidelity Family Office Service (FOS) provides products, solutions and services to registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, family offices, and other financial intermediaries to meet their trading, clearing, custody and other brokerage service needs. The Fidelity Institutional Technology (FBT) Platform organization is seeking a Product Manager to support projects related to online account opening capabilities.

This position can be based in TX or RI, with occasional travel to other Fidelity sites, client & vendor locations.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • 5 years financial service experience
  • 3 years project/product management or business/systems analysis experience, preferably related to account opening
  • Operations experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in an institutional or retail brokerage environment
  • Experience supporting/managing technology related projects/programs

The Purpose of Your Role

Manage product lifecycle of client/advisor onboarding platform capabilities (Account Opening, eSignature, online forms, vendor integrations, Straight-Through Processing, etc.).

Provide subject matter expertise for various platform initiatives.

Engage clients and prospects to understand workflow & platform needs.

Define business requirements in support of large, complex multi-year initiatives related to client/advisor onboarding technology.

Knowledge and understanding of Broker/Dealer and RIA organizations.

Ability to engage clients in discussions regarding business processes/needs and translate output into meaningful requirements.

Manage multiple, concurrent, technology initiatives through the project lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, QA and production release.

Deliver projects on-time, on-budget and with high quality while collaborating across multiple business, technology & vendor teams.

Define/document proper plans for deployment, support, training, marketing and communication

Demonstrate account opening platforms to prospective & existing clients.

In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for project/product management duties regarding the WealthScape platform including: development, implementation & deployment of account opening capabilities and will also support other Product Managers on more complex programs.Company Overview
