The Benefits Manager (Manager) is a highly visible hands-on position responsible for the successful execution and management of fully and self-insured employee benefit and retirement plans, programs, and procedures in a global environment, delivering on the Ryan Key Results. The Manager is responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm. This position works closely with the People Group Leadership, Legal, Finance, and Marketing functions, as well as develops and manages key vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a strength and passion for helping people. The successful candidate will be a quick-learner, able to lead, develop, and mentor a team of 2-4 people and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the streamlined, successful administration of all benefits. Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required with at least five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in benefits administration in a global environment. At least two to three years managing a benefits team.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Workday experience preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid drivers license required. Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification a plus.
Requires supervisory responsibilities, including managing projects, training employees, assigning work, and making sound business decisions while representing the Firm.
