KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the ServiceNow platform, solution, and integrations roadmap and its alignment to business transformation roadmaps and enterprise strategies
  • Provide technical design and architectural leadership and oversight (e.g., Design Review Board) to multiple teams and projects to help ensure applications are integrated and adhere to stated architectural and design principles and standards
  • Help others understand the overall platform capabilities, configuration, and usage whether current or future, and can provide data/reports to support such information
  • Participate in Major Incidents, as required, to help restore services; provide specialized investigation and diagnosis as a part of the RCA process for Major Incident related problems, as required
  • Research, analyze and recommend new technologies, rationalization opportunities, standard processes, tools and techniques to further the firm’s ServiceNow architecture strategies
  • Review business process and technical solution designs to help ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technologies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of experience in technology, application and information architectures and the delivery of information technology service management and enterprise service management applications and solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform for domains where regional data privacy and U.S. federal security requirements must be addressed
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Prior knowledge in application development and software engineering, architecture and associated tools including; Application Architecture/Domain Architecture Experience or similar experience or certifications from leading platform or groups such as TOGAF
  • Experience leading a team and setting direction for system design, development and implementation; preferably within risk-oriented industries such as Financial Services and similar
  • In-depth domain understanding of business functions and applicability of software solutions and off-the-shelf software, cloud Paas and SaaS solutions to deliver value
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
