Support the full lifecycle of the Enterprise Technology Solutions projects. Work with the Agile team throughout the lifecycle of projects to collaborate on analysis, design, development, and testing. Participate in sprint planning sessions and assist in creating project outlines with robust acceptance criteria while helping identify missing or incomplete requirements. Participate in communication and analysis of test results and patterns to provide a feedback loop for requirement gathering, design, and development teams. Perform application and project risk analysis and recommend quality improvements. Create test data, detailed test cases for validating business functions, and regression testing. Perform automation using Selenium and Katalon Studio. Research automation frameworks and make suggestions about which framework will work for ETS applications. Conduct regression, integration, and systems testing on newly designed or modified applications/systems. Perform manual and regression testing supporting Appian, RPA (robotic process automation) and Oracle ERP applications. Identify test cases for automation and create manual regression test suite. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA developed for different applications to validate automation checkpoints. Automate manual regression test suite using the agreed upon automation framework. Assist production support by testing time sensitive defects and providing advice on system functionality. *This position qualifies for The Options Clearing Corporations Employee Referral Program.*
Education & Experience Required:
Masters degree in computer science or software technology and two (2) years of experience in quality assurance. In lieu of Masters +2 will accept Bachelors +5 in the same fields.
Special Skills Required:
Must have work experience with each of the following: 1. Performing automation using Selenium and Katalon Studio; 2. Performing UAT for RPA developed for different applications to validate automation checkpoints; and 3. Performing manual and regression testing supporting Appian, RPA and Oracle ERP applications.
