RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, TX. Work closely with a team of software developers, database architects, data analysts on initiatives for our various data management systems and platforms for Realty Management Division (RMD) with emphasis on automation and increasing business efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Design, develop, build and improve on the division's existing Strategic Data Management platform: expand and optimize data and data flow architecture, optimize data generation, ingestion, storage, consumption and reporting, provide overall stability, and create future roadmap. Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and Big Data technologies. Collaborate directly with other stakeholders to address various business's needs by studying information necessities, conferring with Stakeholders and Business users, studying systems flow, data usage, and understanding the Lifecycle of Assets managed by RMD. Analyze and recognize repeating patterns in Business and in Technology and model and create generic solutions and processes to maximize reusability and ensure consistent and lean data models while also being scalable. Mentor, guide and educate other members of the team both regionally and across the globe. Perform first level troubleshooting of issues and perform periodic tasks required for ongoing functioning and optimal performance of the data systems. Responsible for product releases including establishing project plans, Change and Release Management and reporting on team milestones and deliverables.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: SDLC processes including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment and continuous integration, configuration management, documentation, maintenance and refactoring while working for flexible and scalable systems focusing not only on business functions but also on external regulatory and compliance requirements; and Data and Domain modeling of complex financial instruments and products including ingestion, consumption and reporting for these. Must have three (3) years of experience with Architecture/System design for managing complex financial products in large volumes and with complex product lifecycles. Must have two (2) years of experience with: SQL Development working with large volumes and rich data sets, creating highly-performant solutions and using stored procedure/views to compute and create multiple channels for consumption and reporting; Databases, including IQ, ASE, and SQL server - administration, configuration, managing resources, managing indexes and archival; SSIS - processing data from diverse sources/formats and running quality checks, transformations and complex business calculations; and working in Financial industry, including experience with Mortgages and other varied Loan products including mixed Loan portfolios. Must have one (1) years of experience with: JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS - creating applications and tools for large volume files processing and setting up of financial products with a large focus on Data Quality Enforcement; and Java - creating toolset and frameworks for modeling business data and complex business processing logic.
