- Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Private Equity & Stake Holder Reporting
- Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance
- Payroll, HR Admin & Compliance
- Process & Controls
- Cash Management & Working Capital
- Budget & Forecasting
- Team Development
- Systems and Scalability
Controller Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, CPA preferred
- 5-8 years of accounting experience in a controller seat.
- Experience in a Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or Industrial Environment
- Experience working with external auditors
- Experience working with a Private Equity backed firm, working at a company that was purchased by Private Equity, or previously working at a Private Equity Firm.
