The purpose of the Surgical Sales & Marketing Intern is to research factors of decline in growth for Alcon's Surgical Refractive Market. This person will be charged with leading multiple agency input, including executional and market research agencies. This will result in devising a test and learn set of tactics that need measurement to determine our longer term consumer acquisition strategy.
