Quality Assurance Technician
Responsible for completing product attribute and particulate inspections, manufacturing batch record review, line audits, and product sampling to ensure products are manufactured in compliance with corporate, regulatory and industry standards.
Safety/Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions Perform housekeeping. Follow all safety regulations, and promote positive safety behaviors. Planning: Ensure supplies and equipment are available to meet schedules. Carry out work as defined by schedule. Technical: To perform activities that ensure required quality and safety standards are being met for our products. Audit product lots , Pull analytical samples, Pull, log, and inspect retention samples. Review MBR for release, Review and approve autoclave charts, Review log books, Log MBR into schedule system and file MBR. Review and approve filter integrity, Review non-conformities to assess for product hold and Print supplemental paperwork against issued to MBR. Verify variable coating prior to initiating production and/or for in-process changes. Inventory systems, release systems, Laboratory management systems, Weighing systems, Update Databases and Approve for further processing. Team: Cooperate and support coworkers to enhance overall capability of the organization. Participates in problem solving and troubleshooting of issues. Support training needs of team members and work cohesively with team. Interfaces: Coordinate/support other departments to ensure smooth execution of work. Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other functions as necessary
