ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. Youll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, youll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2021 and will be based in the Houston office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
The Human Resources department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Houston Branch is seeking an intern to work with the HR team to assist in achieving our strategic goals. The intern will partner with employees from across the HR department including Recruiting, Organizational Development, Benefits, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, as well as HR Management.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Work closely with HR business lines to understand the work that is done and partner with individuals to develop content to achieve our strategic goals and priorities
Mapping HR process, procedures and develop supporting documentation
Participate in the execution of constituent meetings and events
Participate in meetings and attend trainings as assigned
Researching opportunities to enhance engagement efforts in various areas within Human Resources
Support idea exploration and implementation of HR initiatives to include such as communication plans, campaigns, Bank event programming and activities
Create new content and update current content for the Banks programing
Support the Banks summer internship programming efforts as needed
Provide other relevant Branch and HR support as needed
WHAT YOU BRING:
Excellent writing and business communications skills
Comfortable working and experienced with web developers or web teams, and some experience creating content for website
Excellent MS Office Skills required, other graphical software experience a plus
Pursuing a course of study in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar degree
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required
